Either way, seek to know their demographics, behaviors, interests, and purchasing habits to tailor your emails for better engagement.

For example, the target audience for a company selling high-quality outdoor adventure gear would have the following information:

    • Age: 25-40 years old
    • Gender: Primarily male
    • Location: Predominantly suburban and urban areas near outdoor recreational areas or regions
    • Income Level: Middle to upper-middle class
