With Gateway’s platform and expertise, Virginia Tech workforce development programs are able to improve engagement and better meet the demand for onboarding and training a growing number of students. Students experienced a more engaging, structured, and comprehensive onboarding and training experience, whether they are engaging in the programs remotely or in-person .
Gateway and Virginia Tech are partnering as semi-finalists in the Department of Education’s Career Z Challenge to expand work-based learning for over 4,500 high school students.
