How do new hires learn years of knowledge in just weeks?
As a leading provider of private 4G/5G solutions, Raycom’s rapid growth also meant changes and the addition of key team members in sales, marketing, and admin operations. This created an urgent need to address the three layers of organizational challenges:

Raycom’s personnel changes risked knowledge loss and operational disruption. Fragmented information and processes can put team performance and culture at risk.
Managers faced the challenging task of delivering years of knowledge quickly, often stored in their minds and in multiple formats, including PDFs, Excel Sheets, Word Docs.
New hires often struggle to learn complex, technical, and abundant information quickly to succeed in their roles.
The Approach
Micro-learning journeys to transfer knowledge effectively
After processing 240 minutes of meeting time and 42 artifacts (PDFs, Powerpoint slides, Excel sheets, Word docs, and videos), we distilled the information and transformed it into tailored micro- and self-paced training journeys for four different roles. The training journeys provided a comprehensive understanding of the company, industry, culture, tools, policies, and role-specific knowledge.
