1. Lend a helping hand
- Be attentive to the patient's needs to make their experience stress-free.
- Simple gestures are to offer assistance in getting out of a chair, walking, or putting on and taking off their jacket. If they accept, support without being too forceful or intrusive.
2. Don't gossip/use profanity
- Refrain from gossiping or using profanity, as such behaviors can be detrimental to patient care and undermine trust.
- Prioritize respectful communication at all times.
