Doctors and Nurses Meeting at Hospital

When you’re attending a team meeting...

Scenario: In the weekly team meeting on Monday, team members are now discussing the implementation of a new patient care protocol.

What would you do?

A) Express strong disagreement with the new protocol without providing constructive feedback or ideas to improve it.

B) Actively listen to the discussion, ask thoughtful questions to gain a better understanding of the protocol, and offer a well-considered suggestion or insight based on your unique perspective or recent education.

C) Stay silent throughout the meeting, not offering any input or questions, as you don’t have anything to say or feel nervous to share your thoughts.
