At Fairfax Clinic, patients are scheduled to meet with Dr. Viet Nguyen either in person or online via a telemedicine appointment. Before the patient can meet with Dr. Viet Nguyen, they have to be checked in by his medical office assistant, Nora. As a virtual extern, Dr. Viet Nguyen has asked that you help Nora to check in patients for the morning as it’s an extremely busy day.
Since it is your first time checking in a patient, Dr. Viet Nguyen and Nora shared with you a guide template below to fill in as you talk to the patient.
